Casa Mimma is an elegant and luxurious apartment with precious finishings located in the very heart of historical Pavia, very spacious, between the Dome’s Square (where the cathedral is) and literally 50 m from Piazza della Vittoria, very close to the central University in Strada Nuova, in the pedestrian area.
It is located on the second and top floor of one of the most ancient buildings (XVth century) and it has just been renovated, so that everything is brand new! Elevator to the first floor.
Casa Mimma is fitted with the latest technology: independent heating, air conditioning and naturally Wi-Fi in the whole apartment.
It has a separate kitchen. The benefit of having a fully fitted kitchen in your apartment not only allows to save on dining out and room service, but also allows you to cook that special meal from home that will make your stay even more enjoyable.
There is a very comfortable living area with a white sofa and armchairs, HD TV set and DVD player and a round dining table for 5 persons, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully and comfortably equipped.
Casa Mimma has high quality linens, design lighting and has old herringbone parquet in all rooms except for the kitchen and the two bathrooms.

High ceilings, large windows, original antique prints and direct light will impress the guests! Here you will find a conversation area with a white sofa and 2 armchairs, a smart TV 42’, full HD, 3 D, DVD blue-ray and a fine and original antique closet (end of XIXth century).
Nearby there is the dining area: a white round design table will accommodate 5 persons on 5 antique chairs, a cupboard filled with all necessary equipment in order to prepare a nice table!

High ceilings and old antique herringbone parquet continue in the large master bedroom. Here there is a 160×200 king size bed, a very comfortable and high mattress, a grey silk bedhead, two large windows.
A very modern walk in closet (with hangers, shelves and drawers) and a working corner with an antique desk and chair complete the bedroom.
The room is equipped with high quality lighting.

This room is furnished with a modern and flexible sofa bed that turns into 1 or 2 single beds or in 1 king size bed (when the lower bed is opened it reaches the same height as the upper bed to form 1 king size bed). Both beds have wooden orthopedic slats.
The sofa bed has 4 decorative pillows and 2 removable rollers.
In the room, there is also a bookcase, a set of shelves and a large wardrobe with hangers and shelves.

Damage deposit:
At check-in a damage deposit of 300 euros will be required in order to cover damages or breakages that might occur during the stay. This amount, less any applicable claims, will be returned upon departure.
Alternatively, it takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the train station, 20 minutes to the Hospital San Matteo and 30 minutes to the Scientific University campus of Engineering.
Trains to Milan depart every 20-25 minutes and take ca. 20-30 minutes to reach Milan Central Station.
It takes ca. 1 hour to reach the main airport of Malpensa by car/taxi or 45 minutes to reach Linate airport.
The first beach in Liguria is max. 1 hour and 30 minutes drive.
